HUUM WARRANTY DETAILS

The buyer is obligated to read the user manual and follow the instructions and requirements presented. Damage to the product caused by not following instructions and requirements will void the warranty

If any defects are found on the product, which the manufacturer can be blamed, then the buyer has the right to demand fixing or replacing the product. Demands must be made not later than 5 years after buying the product. Purchase receipt needs to be presented when warranty demands are made.

Warranty Terms:

Warranty applies only to products that have been used according to the manual
The warranty does not cover wear that occurs from natural usage.
The warranty does not cover defects or wear caused by planned use.
Warranty does not imply when:
damage or defects are caused by transportation or other actions not controlled by the manufacturer.
product has been damaged by carelessness, improper storing, or overload
errors in the installation of the product due to non-compliance with the product’s manual
product has been modified in any way
warranty period is over
product is not complete

GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION FOR THE USER

If thermal protection 266 oF (130 oC) has tripped, check the sauna’s condition and safety. If the heat sensor with overheating protection is to be replaced, contact our customer service at [email protected]
For unique problems that are not covered in the installation manual, contact your vendor to ensure safety.
For the safe use of the sauna’s control device, it is not permitted to alter or rebuild the device.
The manufacturer has the right to make technical changes to the device.

PURPOSEFUL USE

Make sure that there are no objects on the heater. Even non-combustible items may cause overheating, resulting in a fire hazard.
Close the steam room’s door for the time the sauna is heated. The heating will not work with an open door.
This device is not intended to be used by people with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities (including children) or by people with a lack of experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or they have received instructions from such a person.
Ensure that children do not play with the device.
For safety reasons, turn off the sauna’s circuit breaker when the sauna is not being used.
To use the remote control, check the heater condition and remove any items from the heater. Make sure the steam room is safe and close the door.
Old devices contain recyclable materials. Therefore, do not throw old devices into household waste.
Turn off the sauna’s circuit breaker from the switchboard if you do not intend to use the sauna for an extended period.

Return Information

The buyer has the right to request product inspection in the event of any defect within the framework of the warranty terms and conditions. In the event of a defect in the Product, the use of the Product must be stopped immediately, please contact our customer care at 252-376-2717 or via email at [email protected] as soon as possible, and the following information and documents must be submitted:

Product name or code;
Purchase Invoice of the Product;
Description and Photograph(s) of the defect
Once evaluated, we will send you the return information and/or further instructions.

Return Requests for non-defective products are subject to the approval of the management and manufacturer. RMA will be issued once approved. This term does not extend to other direct and/or indirect expenses (e.g. transport, insurance). All expenses must be shouldered by the buyer and the unit(s) to be returned must be packed securely.

Returning the units without an approved RMA will be denied and a refund will not be honored. All Terms and Conditions and Warranties are agreed upon/by the time of purchase.

Order Confirmation:
An order confirmation email will be sent immediately as an order is placed to the provided email account provided when checking out. This is a message of affirmation that we have received the order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. At the instant, our suppliers are automatically contacted and orders get processed for immediate shipping. If there should be anything else needed the buyer shall be contacted via the email account dropped at checkout.

Order Shipment:
We ensure the availability of all our listed products with our suppliers hence after the payment charge on the buyer’s credit card the product shall be shipped within 7 business working days from the date of your order. We shall send the tracking number within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided during checkout. No shipping outside the USA for now but as per time we shall be improving our shipping outside the United States of America.

Shipping Options:
We offer 3 different kinds of shipping options which include:

Curbside Shipping: This option is completely free and usually takes about 7-20 days to arrive at your doorstep after the order is submitted.
Threshold shipping: this involves the item being brought onto the porch or into a sheltered/garage area.
White Glove Delivery: This entails the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!
