Limited Warranty:

All products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the instructions included with the products. If a product is properly installed, operated, and maintained and fails to meet the below-limited warranty, NewAge Products, Inc (“NewAge”) will replace the defective product or parts. Subject to the limitations and disclaimers set forth below or in other product documentation, NewAge warrants to the initial customer that

(1) product finishes will be free from defects for three years following purchase.

(2) drawer slides will be free from defects for two years following purchase, and

(3) the overall structural integrity of the product (not including finishes or drawer slides) will be free from defects for ten years following purchase.

Customers must pay for shipping costs associated with any replacement product or parts. This limited warranty is limited to product replacement only. In no event will NewAge be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages. This limited warranty is available to the initial purchaser only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase and additional information regarding the defect may be required at NewAge’s discretion. The warranty is made only for products sold in the continental United States.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, NEWAGE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Order Confirmation:

An order confirmation email will be sent immediately as an order is placed to the provided email account provided when checking out. This is a message of affirmation that we have received the order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. At the instant, our suppliers are automatically contacted and orders get processed for immediate shipping. If there should be anything else needed the buyer shall be contacted via the email account dropped at checkout.

Refunds & Cancellations:

At ProudeHomes, we take great pleasure in having the best return policies in the business. Before it ships, you can cancel your order at any moment without incurring any fees (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Refunds and Returns

All returns are subject to approval by NewAge Products and may be denied if the product has been opened or used and is not in the original condition that it was received.

• Returns through proudehomes.com are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• No returns after 120 days of receiving your order will be accepted
• We will not accept returns of individual components purchased as part of a set or bundle
• Products being returned must be properly packaged for pickup and securely placed on a pallet where possible
• Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 20% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Order Shipment:

We ensure the availability of all our listed products with our suppliers hence after the payment charge on the buyer’s credit card the product shall be shipped within 7 business working days from the date of your order. We shall send the tracking number within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided during checkout. No shipping outside the USA for now but as per time we shall be improving our shipping outside the United States of America.

Shipping Options:

We offer 2 different kinds of shipping options which include:
1. Curbside Shipping: This option is completely free for any product over $1000 and usually takes about 7-20 days to arrive at your doorstep after the order is submitted.
2. White Glove Delivery: This entails the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house and is available for any product over $300.

NB: Kindly note that the installation service is not included in the delivery service but is bought separately.
