The Broilmaster Deluxe H3X gas grill features the durable Broilmaster cast aluminum grill head with a set of single-level stainless steel cooking grids providing up to 595 square inches of total cooking area. The H-style burner delivers even heat distribution with up to 40,000 BTUs. Separate left and right controls allow indirect cooking to optimize your grilling capabilities.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Damages that might result from the use, misuse, or improper installation or storage of this appliance.
  • Travel, diagnostic costs, and freight charges on warranted parts to and from the factory.
  • Claims that do not involve defective workmanship or materials.
  • Unauthorized service or parts replacements.
  • Removal and reinstallation cost.
  • Inoperable due to improper or lack of maintenance.
  • The costs of a service call to diagnose a problem and labor for replacement or repairs.

 

DUTIES OF THE OWNER

  • The appliance must be installed by a qualified installer and operated in accordance with the instructions furnished with the appliance
  • A bill of sale canceled check, or payment record should be kept to verify the purchase date and establish the warranty period.
  • Maintain ready access to the appliance for service.

 

HOW TO GET SERVICE

  • To make a claim under this warranty, please have your receipt available and contact your installing dealer.
  • Provide the dealer with the model number, serial number, type of gas, and purchase verification.
  • The installing dealer is responsible for providing service and will contact the factory to initiate any warranted parts replacements.
  • Empire will make replacement parts available at the factory. Shipping expenses are not covered.
  • If, after contacting your Empire dealer, the service received has not been satisfactory, contact send an e-mail to [email protected] with “Consumer Relations” in the subject line.

 

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

An order confirmation email will be sent immediately as an order is placed to the provided email account provided when checking out.  This is a message of affirmation that we have received the order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. At the instant, our suppliers are automatically contacted and orders get processed for immediate shipping. If there should be anything else needed the buyer shall be contacted via the email account dropped at checkout.

Order Shipment:

We ensure the availability of all our listed products with our suppliers hence after the payment charge on the buyer’s credit card the product shall be shipped within 7 business working days from the date of your order. We shall send the tracking number within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided during checkout. If you do not receive the tracking information from us within 2 business working days of the order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected] or give us a call at +1(252) 376-2717.

No shipping outside the  USA for now but as per time we shall be improving our shipping outside the United States of America.

Shipping Options:

We offer 3 different kinds of shipping options which include:

  1. Curbside Shipping: This option is completely free and usually takes about 7-20 days to arrive at your doorstep after the order is submitted.
  2. Threshold shipping: this involves the item being brought onto the porch or into a sheltered/garage area.
  3. White Glove Delivery: This entails the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!

The Tag Exercise is Awesome!

My second Tag Fitness purchase is now. I purchased the first one when it was a brand-new item. I'm not sure how recently that was. Because TG has changed and I am now 71 years old and sick of the old one (which is still in great shape! ), I made the decision to purchase a new one.
