COSMETIC WARRANTY

A limited 30-day parts-only warranty is offered on cosmetic defects proven to have originated from the factory on doors, handles, glass, product frames, racking, interior, and exterior surfaces. It is the responsibility of the owner to inspect the product and report any such claims within 30 days.

Warming Drawers

A two-year warranty is valid on parts and labor from the original date of delivery.

Microwaves

A two-year warranty is valid on parts and labor from the original date of delivery.

Coffee Machines

A two-year warranty is valid on parts and labor from the original date of delivery.

Dishwashers

A two-year warranty is valid on parts and labor from the original date of delivery.

Ovens

A two-year warranty is valid on parts and labor from the original date of delivery.

Cooktops & Range Tops

A two-year warranty is valid on parts and labor from the original date of delivery.

Ranges

A two-year warranty is valid on parts and labor from the original date of delivery.

Ventilation

A two-year warranty is valid on parts and labor from the original date of delivery.

Refrigeration – 400 Series

A two-year warranty is valid on parts and labor from the original date of delivery.

Refrigeration – 600 Series

A two-year warranty is valid on parts and labor from the original date of delivery, plus:

5-year parts on the following sealed system components only: compressor, condenser, evaporator, dryer, and connective tubing.

Refrigeration – 700 Series

A two-year warranty is valid on parts and labor from the original date of delivery, plus:

5-year parts and labor on the following sealed system components only: compressor, condenser, evaporator, dryer, and connective tubing, plus: 12-year parts on the following sealed system components only: compressor, condenser, evaporator, dryer, and connective tubing.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE

To Obtain a warranty, please retain the original purchase invoice and the delivery slip.

1) Contact Fulgor Milano authorized service for North America: by email at [email protected] or call us at 252-376-2717.

2) Provide a copy of your original sales receipt along with the model number and serial number information for the product.

3) Provide Fulgor Milano reasonable opportunity to investigate the claim before the product or any component of the product has been modified or removed.

Order Confirmation:

An order confirmation email will be sent immediately as an order is placed to the provided email account provided when checking out.  This is a message of affirmation that we have received the order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. At the instant, our suppliers are automatically contacted and orders get processed for immediate shipping. If there should be anything else needed the buyer shall be contacted via the email account dropped at checkout.

Order Shipment:

We ensure the availability of all our listed products with our suppliers hence after the payment charge on the buyer’s credit card the product shall be shipped within 7 business working days from the date of your order. We shall send the tracking number within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided during checkout. No shipping outside the  USA for now but as per time we shall be improving our shipping outside the United States of America.

Shipping Options:

We offer 3 different kinds of shipping options which include:

1. Curbside Shipping: This option is completely free and usually takes about 7-20 days to arrive at your doorstep after the order is submitted.
2. Threshold shipping: this involves the item being brought onto the porch or into a sheltered/garage area.
3. White Glove Delivery: This entails the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!
